How Do I Book My Experience
On Desktop: Click ‘Redeem a voucher’ at the top left of the screen. Complete the form, and our Experience Creator team will contact you.
On Mobile: Tap ‘Redeem a voucher’ in the top-right menu. Fill out the form, and our team will reach out to you.
Can I change the date
We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule, please call us at 01628 913 000 as soon as you can. While some experiences have limited availability, we’ll do our utmost to accommodate your new preferred date where possible.
What should I do if I don't receive my voucher
Check Your Spam Folder
Sometimes, emails can be mistakenly routed to your spam or junk folder. Please check these folders if you can’t find the ticket in your inbox.
