Dinner began in the late 90s with Heston Blumenthal’s fascination with historic gastronomy. The savoury ice creams of the late 1800s, the theatre of the Tudor dining experiences and the dishes of Alice’s adventures in Wonderland all resonated with his unique approach to cooking.
Heston has become famous for his ground-breaking, unique approach to the dining experience earning Dinner by Heston Blumenthal 2 Michelin Stars and 4 AA Rosettes.
The restaurant is located is the beautiful 5* Mandarin Oriental Hotel London, overlooking Hyde Park and Knightsbridge. For a behind-the-scenes dining experience, the Chef’s Table offers an intimate insight into the energy and activity of the kitchen where you will have a front-row seat to watch the chefs in action.
On arrival, you will be shown to your table and greeted by a glass of 2012 Vintage Moet. You will dine on a specially created 6-course tasting menu inspired by the tastes and flavours of British history, of which the final course will be the famous Nitrogen Ice Cream Trolley.
This experience will be redeemable for lunch Monday – Friday for their 12.30pm sitting only. Valid for 12 months from purchase.
