Leading the exciting new dining scene emerging in Victoria – M is a multi-faceted venue comprising of a Wine Bar and Tasting Room, Cocktail Bar, Private Dining and award- winning restaurants.
When you arrive at the restaurant you and your 5 guests will be led to their private bar, hidden behind the downstairs bar and greeted by a glass of bubbles. The bartender will begin by explaining about the bar and giving you some history on the 2 cocktails you have chosen to make. Your bartender will give a demonstration of how to make the cocktail – then it’s your turn! You and your guests will all get a chance to make 2 cocktails each and enjoy them while you are watching your friends have a go.
After everyone has made their drinks, you will be guided through to their beautiful private dining room in the heart of the restaurant. Here you will enjoy a 3 course set menu and half a bottle of wine per person. Cocktail choices to be made no less than 48 hours before arrival from a menu provided by the bar. Up to an extra 2 guests can be added at a surcharge.
