I wish to tell you that we had the best day!

We should have been in Jo Malone for 45mins but they gave us 2 hours. They ran to the restaurant and changed our booking time which wasn’t a problem. They printed ribbons for our bags and boxes, and everyone including the regional manager treated us like VIPs.

All in all the best day – would highly recommend it to anyone thinking about it.
