Head to the idyllic Berkshire village of Bray to the famous Caldesi in Campagna restaurant where you’ll enjoy a private 5-hour Tuscan cookery workshop with celebrity chef Giancarlo Caldesi.
You will create a 4-course traditional Tuscan menu from start to finish before sitting down to enjoy with a wine tasting complementing each course. Giancarlo will explain the properties and origin of each wine and why he has paired it with the given course.
Also included is an overnight stay in one of Bray’s beautiful cottages where you will have exclusive use of the cottage and its facilities. A decanter of organic Sloe Gin, mixers, and an array of organic breakfast goodies await you.
